IMPORTANT: If you are planning to extend your summer break in Europe post tour, please reach out to Elitsa via email not later than February 15, 2025 to request a one way ticket trip package. If requested after that date, you would need to stay with the roundtrip ticket package with no option for a deviation on the return flight!

*Contracted prices are based on group size of 45 or more paying participants per coach. If the final number of paying participants totals less than the published price, the itinerary will be renegotiated or trip costs adjusted accordingly.

20% deposit due when registering by Jan 15th, 2025 

Remaining balance due in installments:

• Mar 15th, 2025 – 60%
• Apr 15th, 2025 – 80%
• May 15th, 2025 – 100%

• Full time professional Discovery Expeditions Leader & local Trip Manager (12 days) will accompany the group
• Local expert step-on guides & professional musicians will lead city tours & workshops.

• Flights: June 19 (outbound San Francisco to Oslo w/layover in FRA); June 25 (one way Bergen, Norway to Copenhagen, Denmark); July 2 (return Copenhagen to San Francisco w/layover in MSP)
• Premium motor coach transportation for airport transfers
• Scenic trains, ferry & bus through the Norwegian Fjords
• Travel like the locals do: get to know Oslo, Copenhagen & Aarhus by public transit & foot

• Passport valid at least six months after the final date of the trip
• Individual participant visas and electronic travel agreements
