As if you left planet Earth, A part of central Anatolia, Cappadocia is a unique region of the world formed by geographic processes lasting millions of years thus bequeathing a landscape decorated with “fairy Chimneys”.  Due to its volcanic nature, grand cities were carved underground and resided in by monks and Christian communities up until 1923.
